Ray is Managing Director of the Legendary Service Group and brings over 30 years of Corporate and Consulting experience to LSG clients. Legendary Customer Service and the techniques to deliver it have been his passion for over 15 years.

He has extensive, executive level management and consulting experience. As an agent of change, he has acted as the focal point and driver in the creation of clear Corporate Vision and the implementation of Management and Customer Service improvement programs that have resulted in significant bottom line results. 

Ray formed LSG in order to allow him to bring his passion for and experience in delivering Legendary Customer Service to other corporate executives and their company's. His only criteria for helping others is that his clients possess both a strong commitment to improving their organization's management practices and a willingness to actively participate in the process.

Background

His positions in the corporate world have included responsibility as President and Chief Operating Officer of a $5 billion commercial bank. In addition, he has corporate experience in $10 Billion plus organizations including Line Profit Centers responsibility, Internal Corporate Consulting, Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Staff Development, Information Systems, Operations and Credit Administration.

His 27 years of banking experience has included assignments with Chase Manhattan Bank, Vice President; Union Bank, Executive Vice President; Standard Chartered Bank, General Manager; California Federal Bank, Executive Vice President and Riggs Bank, President. During his corporate tenure, Ray facilitated the development and execution of a Quality Customer Service Strategy in every one of his senior level assignments. His programs resulted in dramatic improvement in customer service results, as measured by internal and external independent shopping, as well as customer surveys, and operating results. A significant growth in sales and profitability was consistently realized.
